ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING TIMELINES: Orders are generally shipped within 3-9 business days, depending on your location.  We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

SHIPPING COST: We offer free carbon neutral shipping for orders C$75.00 and over, and flat rate shipping for orders under C$75.00.  For orders below C$75.00, we offer flat rate shipping based on location:

DAMAGES: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@goodwashsoap.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
