Yes, we provide free standard shipping across Canada on all orders over $75. For orders under $75 a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

We currently only ship within Canada

Yes, we really do!  Every Goodwash bottle is designed to be washed, refilled, and reused — not tossed. When you’re done, just return your empty packaging to one of our partner drop-off locations or send it back through our return program. We’ll clean, refill, and get it back into circulation.​It’s our way of keeping good bottles (and good habits) going strong.

Our soaps are a concentrated formula, so you need to add water to your dispenser along with the soap. The ideal ratio is 1 part soap to 4 parts water, but it doesn't need to be exact.

Shipping water around the country just doesn’t make sense. By using concentrates, we cut down on packaging, shipping weight, and emissions. For you, it means a powerful, long-lasting soap in a smaller, easier-to-store package — simply mix with water at home for the same luxurious lather. More product, less footprint.

It is best to clean your dispenser with each soap change. Fill the dispenser with warm water and gently pump through until it comes through clear. If your dispenser is particular stiff or sticky, add a little bit of white vinegar (about 3-4 tbsp). Do not soak or submerge your foaming pump in water

Our soap refills can be used in any Foaming Hand Soap dispenser (just make sure it is a foaming soap pump, and not a regular pump).  The ratio of soap to water should be 1 part soap to 4 parts water, regardless of the size of the dispenser. 

Our dispensers are designed to be used with foaming hand soap only. Foaming hand soap is thinner than than regular soap, and the foaming soap dispenser injects air into the liquid soap, creating foam. 

Yes, all of our soap products are biodegradable and septic safe

No, we are proudly vegan and cruelty free. All of our products and ingredients contain no animal products and are never tested on animals.

We use a mix of natural and synthetic fragrances. When we do use synthetics, we make sure they’re clean, safe, and responsibly made — always free from parabens, phthalates, and other harmful ingredients that are toxic to us and the environment.  You get beautiful, complex scents you’ll actually want to use — without compromising the planet.
