But lately, we’ve noticed something that breaks our hearts—more and more refill stores are closing.
It’s a tough reality. These amazing businesses are facing rising costs, fluctuating foot traffic, and a consumer market that’s still built for convenience. And we get it—life is busy. Between work, kids, errands, and, well… just life, it’s hard to remember your empty jars, or make a separate trip to a the nearest refill shop.
The traditional refill model asks a lot of people. It requires time, planning, and a bit of extra effort. And while those who can make it work should be applauded (we see you, refill warriors!), we also believe sustainable options should be easier and more accessible—for everyone.
